Welcome to Socialty! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using Socialty, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
Socialty is a digital loyalty program management platform operated by Socialty, headquartered at Kazani 2, Tax ID: 12345678. For legal matters, contact us at [email protected].
The platform allows:
- Consumers to collect digital loyalty cards and redeem points
- Merchants to create and manage their own loyalty programs
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Socialty, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service
- You have read our Privacy Policy
- You provide accurate and complete information during registration
If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- Each user may have one account only
- You must provide valid information (email, name, etc.)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
3.2 Prohibited Actions
The following are not permitted:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using false information
- Sharing your credentials with third parties
- Accessing other users' accounts
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You use the platform for illegal purposes
- You attempt to defraud the system or other users
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
4. Points and Rewards
4.1 Point Collection
- Points are awarded by participating merchants
- Point awarding criteria are determined by each merchant individually
- Socialty is not responsible for merchants' point awarding terms
4.2 Point Expiration
- Points expire after a period determined by the merchant
- You will be notified of the expiration date on your card
- Expired points are not refunded
4.3 Point Redemption
- Points can be redeemed only at the merchant that issued them
- Redemption terms are determined by the merchant
- Points cannot be converted to cash
- Points cannot be transferred to other users
4.4 Store Closure
If a merchant discontinues cooperation with Socialty or closes their business:
- Their points become void
- Socialty is not liable for lost points
- We recommend redeeming your points regularly
5. Merchant Obligations
5.1 Merchant Registration
- Merchants must provide valid business information (Tax ID, business name, etc.)
- They commit to honoring the terms they set for their points
5.2 Service Charges
- Merchants are charged according to the current pricing
- A 6-month free trial period is provided
- Fees and payment terms are stated in the cooperation agreement
5.3 Merchant Responsibilities
The merchant is solely responsible for:
- The rewards they offer
- Pricing and redemption terms
- Honoring their commitments to customers
6. Platform Usage
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use Socialty to:
- Manage your loyalty cards
- Collect and redeem points
- Communicate with merchants through the platform
6.2 Prohibited Actions
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Use of automated tools (bots, scrapers)
- Violating the security of the platform
- Forging points or transactions
- Use for illegal purposes
- Transmitting malicious software (viruses, worms, etc.)
- Harassing other users or merchants
7. Intellectual Property
All Socialty content (logos, text, design, code) is protected by intellectual property rights.
Not permitted:
- Reproduction, copying, or distribution of content
- Creation of derivative works
- Commercial use without permission
8. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
9. Service Availability
9.1 Warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation
- Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons
- We make every effort to maximize availability

10.1 Disclaimer
Socialty is not liable for:
- Loss of points due to store closure
- Merchants' failure to honor their terms
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss due to technical issues
- Misuse of the platform by third parties
10.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. In case of significant changes:
- You will be notified via email or platform notification
- Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- If you disagree, you may discontinue use

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Greek Law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.

Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
